All customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping addresses. Additionally, they are responsible to have someone available to accept delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays and the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If customer or his representative is not available to accept delivery, then all guarantees are null and void.

All orders are to be received no later than 3 P.M. one day prior to shipment. Orders can be delivered throughout the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. No delivery is available to PO Box numbers and APO boxes. Standard shipping is USPS. Two day service available for shipments leaving Monday through Wednesday with delivery Wednesday through Friday. Next day deliveries can be made Tuesday through Friday. For next day Saturday deliveries you must ship on Friday. All service to Hawaii and Alaska must be available for shipment Monday and Tuesday with delivery Wednesday through Friday. Overnight rates will apply. In order to insure prompt delivery, please order early.

Jewelry items bought from Art-NY.com can be returned within 30 days. At least 10 days should be allowed for return shipping, so please make sure your return is posted within 10 days of receipt. Exchange of an item is not possible since all items are one and only. An item should be returned in its original condition and packaging with intact labels.
